We are looking to have a SHE Manager join the team at Rhodes. You will support and advise Oceania Supply Chain function in all aspects of Safety, Health and Environment (SHE). You will bring a strong focus on support Oceania Physical Logistics sites in implementing market wide initiatives, achieving compliance and SHE strategy to achieve zero injuries and illnesses. This role is responsible for indirectly leading on site resources to deliver SHE priorities in both Supply Chain and Physical Logistics. **The role will be split 3-days at the Arndell Park DC and 2-days at Rhodes HO**. The person would then conduct site visits 1-2 per quarter with Lae visits aligned with other visits to Lae factory.

**Responsibilities**:

- SHE & Compliance: Ensure that Supply Chain sites implement and maintain Nestlé Oceania SHE markets compliance requirements. This includes legal and other requirements and NOSMSA obligations.
- Provide corporate oversight of ongoing compliance performance and involvement in market NOSMSA program and ensure adherence of Life Saving Rules.
- As part of the Supply Chain Management Committee (Mancom), provide information and guidance on the ongoing performance and opportunities for SC SHE. This includes keeping the team informed on upcoming initiatives, recent incidents, and leadership opportunities for the team.
- Provide visible leadership of SHE across the organisation including distribution centres. This role must be a champion of SHE, looking for opportunities to coach and engage stakeholders across all levels including Distribution Centre Managers, HSRs, Line Managers and frontline employees.
- Maintain Nestlé Environmental Management System. Develop and participate in ongoing environmental projects including NCEP. Ensure implementation of energy, waste, and water minimisation programs.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Qualification in safety or related field of study is necessary
- Required, demonstrated experience as a SHE Manager
- Experience in leading Audits onsite
- Effective communication skills with all levels of employees and management
- A proactive approach to safety is desirable
