We are looking to hire a Customer Supply Chain Specialist to join the Rhodes team. The purpose of a Supply Chain Specialist is to efficiently manage the customer replenishment process focused on highest possible service delivery and consistent satisfaction achievement whilst driving efficiency for both Nestle and Customers, delivering forecast improvements, and on shelf availability of products.

**A day in the life of...**:

- Efficiently manage events, promotions and new product launches / changeovers with the customer, managing post promotional stock levels, product discontinuations, short supply lines communications and obsolete lines, across core customer range in AU.
- Demonstrate Cross functional alignment with DSP and Sales and integration points through customers' buying and replenishment teams.
- Drive internal and external KPI reporting including reason codes for failure, for all relevant targets for both customer and Nestlé.
- Monitor end to end order to cash process including correct order placement,
- Develop Customer insight to identify and drive initiatives and align value stream for both parties to excel.
- Monitor and improve cost drivers across both businesses, ensuring awareness of exceptions and management of issues as they arise
- OSA data where available is used to resolve availability issues. Root cause these with Customer and Nestlé functions were appropriate
- Support and drive NCE principles and practices and adopt NCE mindset in day-to-day function, including problem solving, and identifying root cause to improve operations.
- Prepare range of planned and ad-hoc reports on customer facing performance.

**What will make you successful**:

- Demonstrated experience in Supply Chain or Sales experience.
- Operational experience at a market/ business level, in the following areas are beneficial
- Working for or with a customer in a collaborative environment.
- Experience in business improvement projects or teams.
- Understanding of Order to Cash process / Customer service focus.
- Commercial and business acumen and its relationship with CFSC including sales and overall business performance.
- Working for a customer, desirable.
- Effecting stakeholder management, including negotiating, and influencing skills.
- Expertise in analytics and translating to value-added insights.
- Degree Qualified desirable.
