**The Opportunity**:
We’re seeking expressions of interest from experience Executive Assistants who have supported Chief Information Officers.

**The day-to-day activities you will be responsible for, are**:
**Administrative Support**
- Manage and maintain the CIO's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, reports, and other materials for the CIO.
- Organise and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and tracking action items.
- Maintain confidential files and records, ensuring data integrity and security.
- Expense management, including reimbursement and corporate card reconciliation.
- Prepare purchase orders and facilitate approval of invoices.
- Identify and implement procedural changes to improve operational efficiency in conjunction with other team members.
- Organising events like workshops, all-hands, etc.

**Communication and Coordination**
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the CIO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Facilitate effective communication and information flow within the Technology department and across the organisation.
- Coordinate with various departments and other executive assistants to gather necessary information and ensure timely completion of projects.
- Assist in the preparation of executive summaries, briefings, agendas and reports for the CIO.
- Ability to provide documentation support including proof reading, minute taking, actions tracking, assisting with board paper preparation.

**Team/Project Coordination**
- Assist the CIO in tracking and reporting key Technology-led projects and initiatives.
- Technology leadership team (TLT) coordination - track TLT key initiatives’ timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring adherence to deadlines.
- Coordinate leadership team meetings, prepare status reports, meeting minutes, actions tracking and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Identify potential issues or roadblocks and work with the CIO and technology leadership teams to ensure mitigation and resolutions are in place.

**Strategic Support**
- Support the CIO in tracking the implementation of strategic plans and objectives.
- Conduct and/or coordinate preliminary research and analysis on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
- Prepare briefings, reports, and presentations to support strategic decision-making.
- Assist in developing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for the technology department.

**We’d love to hear from you if you have;**
- At least 5 years of experience providing support to C level executives.
- Advanced MS Office skills.
- Experience using SharePoint is desirable.
- Demonstrated experience managing and maintaining confidential information.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality customer experiences.
- The ability to communicate to stakeholders in a variety of forums.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaborative in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholder at all levels.
- High EQ & IQ, taking personal responsibility for, and pride in own work.
