We have a wonderful role available with a small, internationally acclaimed technology firm with offices in Australia, New Zealand and Hong Kong.

As the
**Executive Assistant to the CEO**, you will be responsible for providing support to the CEO (and the broader executive team when needed).

**Flexibility is key with our client **- you can work from home and from the North Sydney office. You can also work flexibly, part-time (shorter hours, 5 days per week).

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Partner with the CEO on administrative tasks including collating board packs, preparing executive briefs and expense reports, and diary management
- Maintain updated HR policies, file legal and regulatory documents, and assist with compliance monitoring
- Manage event planning for office functions and social activities
- Liaise with contractor support, the Board, clients, media agencies and suppliers in a professional manner.

**What you’ll bring**:

- Experience in an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant role for a C-suite executive
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (desirable)
- Proactive and intelligent decision-making
- The desire to work in a collaborative, supportive smaller company with a successful, innovative product.

**Flexibility**:

- Flexibility to work from home 2-3 days per week.
