
Workforce and Financial Analyst

Latitude is currently seeking a talented Workforce & Financial to join us in a permanent role. This role works in the Portfolio Delivery Operations team and reports into the Workforce Leader. The WFM team focuses on ensuring that the Contingent Workforce within Pay (is adequately resourced. The Analyst acts as the primary drive to ensure that Latitude processes and policies are adhered to in the case of Contingent workers within Pay.
As Workforce Analyst you will be responsible for managing the approval of Resources, process updates are made in Confluence, systems are updated, Purchase Orders are completed and reporting on the onboarding and offboarding of CWs. This will also include day-to-day support and administrative duties required to support our Delivery Teams.
Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities
- Obtain hiring requisition approvals.
- Ownership and execution of End-to-End CW related processes - from onboarding to offboarding
- Keeping Workday/ Planview / other systems up-to date for CWs
- Creating / Amending Purchase Orders for CWs
- Ensure processes are updated in Confluence.
- Dashboard and regular reporting as needed and directed.
- Enforce & Report on Compliance to Requisition process.
- Suggest Process improvements where needed and deliver on the improvements.
- Delivery Support - address queries on how to
- Day to day Contingent workers support and administrative duties.
- Managing a continual improvement and uptake regime for the EPMO’s Planview tool
- Analyse issues with workforce resourcing finance, including Purchase orders, invoices, resource governance and approvals.
- Actively communicate on results of investigations into resourcing financial and process issues, provide recommended actions to resolve issues and improve processes.
- Work with stakeholders across the business including Projects, Managers, Finance teams to solve problems.
- Provide regular report data on invoice remediation, Purchase Order & resourcing financials.
- Perform end of month project activities, such as receipting for Contingent Workers timesheets.
- Provide financial analysis and advice to project teams as required.

- Workday experience
- 2-3 years minimum relevant experience with a proven track record in providing financial and PMO analyst services for large and complex programs.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills - especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Effective time management skills, ability to manage and deliver competing day-to-day priorities, balancing conflicting requirements from a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Ability to think strategically and ensure that we are getting the ‘big picture’ right.
- Demonstrated team player, who can constructively challenge, influence and support colleagues and peers.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and prepare reports using clear, concise language that is appropriate for the intended audience.
- Experience in identifying and following up action items.
- Experience in documenting issues, working with workforce manager/team and other stakeholders to resolve issues.
- The ability to stay on top of multiple work streams and deadlines
- Preparation of usage reports and dashboards
