**About the opportunity**

The Workforce Data Analyst will drive data analysis and reporting to support the HCS Strategic Rostering project at Bolton Clarke. Collaborating with stakeholders, this role identifies and interprets critical data to optimize national rostering strategies. Leveraging workforce management systems, the analyst develops actionable insights to enhance reporting trends and improve workforce outcomes.

As a **Workforce Data Analyst,**you will be responsible for:

- Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to identify data requirements and optimize national rostering.
- Analyse and model data to identify KPIs, trends, correlations, and root causes, providing actionable recommendations.
- Prepare and present workforce reports and insights to influence strategic decision-making.
- Create clear data visualizations, including charts, graphs, and dashboards, for effective communication.
- Assess data quality in workforce systems, performing root cause analyses to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Support the overall program by adhering to timelines and working collaboratively to ensure project success.

**About you**
***We are looking for a Workforce Data Analyst experienced in rostering systems, preferably Human Force.**
- Degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology, with expertise in Power BI and Excel
- Proven experience in workforce data analysis, with a strong understanding of rostering and scheduling practices
- Advanced skills in data analysis, reporting, and visualization using tools like Power BI, SQL Server, and Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret complex data and deliver actionable insights
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience in maintaining dashboards and scheduled reports
- Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to manage workloads effectively in dynamic environments.
