**Some of your Key Responsibilities**:
- Oversees and ensures the smooth, efficient and courteous operation of the Front Office.
- Ensures that all guests are greeted and fare welled in an appropriate manner.
- Ensures that the Concierge Desk is adequately manned at all times.
- Organises staff meal breaks.
- Assists Front Office staff by providing support for any queries or problems.
- Performs shift handovers in order to advise team members of any necessary information.
- Check Expected Arrivals report and allocates rooms as necessary.
- Checks status of early arriving rooms.
- Acts as a Manager on Duty for Guest Enquiries and complaints and follows through with relevant departments to ensure action is taken.
- Oversees Rooms Coordinator position in order to ensure a constant supply of rooms ready for occupation by arriving guests.

**What we value for this role**:
- Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.
- Supervisory Experience: At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
- You’ll think outside the box and have an open-minded personality.
