**Chapter Lead, Change Management - Risk Management**

Risk Management (RM) is responsible for developing and deploying the risk frameworks that enable the Group to make conscious exposures to credit, market, operational, compliance and insurance risks within a Board-approved appetite. We achieve this by ensuring the Group has appropriate strategies, policies, systems, and frameworks in place to assess, manage and report on risks that may impact great customer outcomes.

The RM Organisational Change Management Chapter forms part of the broader RM Delivery Chapter Area that reports into the Group Enterprise Risk function.

We collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders across the Group to implement technology, process and policy changes that enhance the management of risk. We deliver strategic value to stakeholders and customers by simplifying, innovating, and continuously improving our frameworks, systems, and tools to achieve sustainable risk management outcomes.

**Key responsibilities included but not limited to**:

- Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, including engaging and influencing senior stakeholders across the Group.
- Conducting detailed change impact assessments for initiatives to determine the impact on our people, our business, and the Group.
- Adhering to Pace ways of working to develop and deliver fit-for-purpose change solutions and interventions, including communication collateral, learning/reference materials and presentations.
- Considering the success measures and OCM risks for changes, using metrics to monitor progress, adoption, and sustainability.
- Providing people leadership and management including on-boarding, hiring, skill building, career development, coaching, performance management and team engagements for Chapter members (9 FTE)
- Oversight of OCM requirements and activities across the three RM Crews (and additional areas where required).
- Deliver assigned work as part of a squad.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across other business / support units to effectively integrate Risk Management initiated changes into their delivery schedule via the relevant “Front Door” process.
- Facilitating the constructive resolution of conflicts that may arise both internally and externally to the Chapter.
- Collaborating across the OCM Chapter Area and Practice to drive knowledge sharing, best practice and problem solving.
- Undertaking other key initiatives as required to support the Chapter and Practice
- Role modelling the Group’s values and adhering to Group’s Code of Conduct, which sets the standards of behaviour, actions, and decisions we expect from our people.

- Extensive change management experience, leading large change programs.
- Demonstrated experience in delivering OCM and communication strategies in large,complex and often ambiguous environments, effectively managing the challenges and sensitivities these changes involve.
- A strong record of creating and delivering exceptional change management deliverables, including the design and delivery of learning and communication materials.
- Proven stakeholder management experience, including the ability to build trusting relationships, influencing, and communicating effectively to set expectations and drive outcomes.
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills to deliver and facilitate training/workshops and other presentations.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to support the team while delivering simultaneously.
- An initiative-taking approach with a ‘can-do’ attitude, and able to work autonomously.
- A continuous improvement mindset, curious with a high attention to detail.
- A growth mindset and familiarity with agile practices
- A risk mindset - all employees are expected to proactively identify and understand, openly discuss, and act on current and future risks.
