**On any given week you will**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with a varied stakeholder group
- Develop and support the OCM Team Members
- Lead the change, business engagement & change strategy for multiple squads
- Provide leadership, guidance and professional development for your chapter
- Partner with key stakeholders to understand their change needs and provide insights into the stakeholder groups, knowledge and ability gaps
- Provide responsive, effective, accurate and timely change advice to senior leaders and report regularly on progress and achievement of change outcomes.
- Conduct detailed change impact assessments reflecting the impact of change on our people, our business and the Group
- Develop and deliver fit-for-purpose change solutions and interventions, including communication collateral, training materials, presentations and reference material
- Use metrics to monitor change readiness and acceptance as the business transitions through the change to BAU.
**We are interested to hear from people who have**
- Change Management experience working across Risk, Technology or Security related projects
- Proven stakeholder engagement experience to be able to manage expectations and drive outcomes
- A track record of contributing to change management deliverables
- Experience in supporting team growth and development either directly with team management or indirectly through mentoring and coaching
- A proactive approach and ability to work autonomously
- A growth mindset and familiarity with agile practices
- A shared passion for Group Security Delivery - experience in delivering technology projects is an advantage but not a prerequisite
