As a fast-growing healthcare provider with more than 5000 employees, our client is nimble in supporting over 80 laboratories nationally and more than 1500 collection centers. Work amongst a high performing HR team, who are focused on partnering with the wider business and embedding success through operational delivery.
**About the role**
This role will support an emerging HR Advisor, looking to take the next step in their career. Reporting to the Victorian HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing advice and support across the employee life cycle, accountable for your own client group.
Acting as the first point of contact across generalist matters, key responsibilities will include:
- Providing support and advice to managers dealing with ER matters (e.g., grievances, workplace investigations, terminations, etc.)
- Coaching managers and team leaders in HR policies, procedures, and legislation to create a self-serve culture;
- Advising stakeholders on HR legislation, including Modern Award and Enterprise Agreement.
- Delivering HR policy and procedure training.
- Assisting with culture and change management.
- Managing the performance review process.
- Assisting hiring managers with recruitment activities.
- Contribute to strategic national projects, including employee engagement, succession planning, learning and development. programs, and health and wellbeing programs.
- Reporting and presenting feedback using metrics to support business case development.
**About You**
This will be based out of the Head Office in Melbourne’s Southeast, Victoria. As the role will support sites across the state, regular travel to metro and some regional sites (collection centers, warehouses, etc.) will be required.
