**THE OPPORTUNITY**
We have an exciting full-time, permanent opportunity for an experienced Services Coordinator to join our Belmont team.

**ABOUT YOU**
You are a motivated and engaged individual who thrives on providing exceptional customer service. You are passionate about community engagement and enjoy networking and facilitating on the ground services. You have demonstrated experience in establishing relationships with your peers, with excellent negotiation and communication skills. You are a multitasker who thrives on problem solving and managing competing priorities. Crucially, you are someone who exhibits TAFE NSW Values of Integrity, Collaboration, Excellence and Customer First.

**ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS**
To be considered for the role you will need to meet the following essential requirements:

- Certificate IV in relevant discipline or equivalent skills, knowledge and experience
- Demonstrated success in building rapport with diverse stakeholders
- Demonstrated success in monitoring and delivering services which meet customer needs
- Ability to work flexible shifts (including evening work)
- Regional travel may be required at times, therefore a Driver’s Licence (or willingness to obtain one) is required._
