**Position**: Quality Coordinator

**Status**: Part time (22.8 hours a week)

**Salary**: $95,080.07 pro-rata (plus leave loading and super)

**Qualifications**: Relevant tertiary qualification (desirable) & 2 years’ experience required

**Location**: Perth Office, Belmont WA

One Tree Community Services has a wonderful opportunity for a Quality Coordinator to join our team.

This three day a week position has you working closely with senior executives championing quality management across the Organisation. One Tree is an accredited ISO:9001 2015. It will be your responsibility to assist with maintaining ISO and continuous improvement.

One Tree Community Services is a not-for-profit organisation that delivers early childhood education, accredited training and community services throughout Australia. We work with people and communities to transform challenges into possibilities. Our strength is providing services in rural and remote areas or other challenging environments.

**Selection criteria**

1. At least 2 years’ experience working in quality management with an ISO accredited organisation, including:

- exposure to relevant standards and legislation, including ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems;
- experience and knowledge of ISO accreditation and quality reviews; and
- familiarity in maintaining quality systems, processes and practice.

2. Experience and confidence with technology, including:

- Microsoft Office Suite, Sharepoint and related computer software

3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and public speaking skills.

4. Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills.

5. Strong organisational skills

6. ASQ certification or willingness to obtain.

7. Relevant tertiary qualification (desirable).
