ABOUT THE ROLE
We have an opportunity for a dynamic leadership role based in Brisbane to deliver a world class member experience for Queensland based Chartered Accountants. You will strengthen your local presence and influence in the Queensland region while also engaging with local members and external stakeholders through various engagement activities.

Your ability to work with our local member governance through the Regional Council and supporting committee structures will be key We will also utilise your skills in managing the regional budget along with planned member-based activities while demonstrating your strong leadership skills by leading and developing a high performing team.

This is a great opportunity to truly make a valued contribution utilising your excellent people leadership and communication skills and customer or member-based activities experience, while also participating in cross-divisional activities and strategic projects

**Key Responsibilities will include**:

- Building an in-depth understanding of local member experience and engaging with members across Queensland
- Representing Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand in the Queensland business community.
- Working collaboratively across the organisation to ensure Queensland member needs are addressed
- Managing the Queensland office
- Leading and developing a high performing team to deliver member services

ABOUT YOU
You have proven experience leading and motivating diverse teams to provide integrated member experiences and outcomes. You pride yourself on your effective stakeholder and relationship management skills across a diverse range of key partners, along with your ability to influence and negotiate to obtain desired outcomes. Flexibility and an ability to manage change is one of your strong suits. You will also bring:

- 5+ years in a senior level or management role
- Productive stakeholder management experience
- Ability to engage and influence
- Demonstration of ability to be flexible and manage change
- Experience working in a professional body would be highly regarded
- Relevant tertiary qualifications
