Due to strategic growth, they are now seeking a Regional Manager to join the team. This pivotal role involves not only leading a dynamic team of recruitment professionals to achieve project success but collaborating with the leadership team to continually innovate and improve the business and working with key clients to ensure relationships are maintained to the highest standard and excellent service levels are upheld.

As the Regional Manager, you will play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing a reputation for excellence. You will be at the heart of operations, ensuring the seamless delivery of recruitment solutions to our key accounts. Your leadership will guide a talented team of Recruitment Consultants and Coordinators, fostering a collaborative environment that upholds our standards of best practice in recruitment.

**Key Responsibilities include**:
**Oversea Recruitment Services Delivery**:

- Ensure OHS practices are up to date and being adhered to.
- Ensure recruitment adequate activity levels are being maintained to meet client requirements.
- Drive recruitment compliance and business improvement initiatives.
- Reporting as required.

**People Leadership**
- Training and supervision of consultants.
- Foster a collaborative culture and lead from the front.
- Provide mentorship, coaching and development opportunities to the team.

**Business Development & Account Management**
- Secure new clients and build relationships with key decision makers.
- Manage existing clients and ensure exceptional customer service.
- Develop existing accounts to maximise opportunities and retain clients.
- Develop strategies to expand the client portfolio.

Based in Springwood you will service clientele all over Brisbane. You will spend time out seeing clients as well as in the office collaborating with the team and leadership group.
