Make a difference by raising awareness and implementing projects to improve diversity, equity and inclusion for employees at Western Health, with an initial focus on the requirements of the Gender Equality Act (Vic) 2020, and the organisation’s Gender Equality Action Plan. The role is part time (62 hours per fortnight). Flexible and remote working arrangements will be available.
**To be Successful in this Role you**

- May possess knowledge of the issues, ability to analyse data, and coordinate projects however these skills can be developed on the job
