About the role
Reporting directly to the APAC IDEA Manager, the AUNZ IDEA Manager will support in creating, managing and driving local strategy in the Pacific region (i.e. Australia/New-Zealand market) through a range of diversity and inclusion activities and programs.

The introduction of a new role in the IDEA team is intended to allow for a passionate team member to champion and ensure the delivery on our IDEA commitments, goals and strategies throughout the AUNZ market. You will be a key point of contact with teams and leaders across the business, partnering to educate, advise, guide and champion behaviours that support diversity, inclusion, equity & action (IDEA).

**A day in the life**:
The main activities will ensure the support of the delivery of the Global IDEA Strategy and the new initiatives developed in market, acknowledging the nuances of the communities we serve and operate in. The AUNZ IDEA Manager will support the IDEA Manager, APAC in the delivery of the IDEA Strategy, objectives and key results, which include:

- Develop, manage and implement diversity, inclusion, equity & action (IDEA) programs in the AUNZ market.
- Collaborate with global, regional and local partners to inform local IDEA strategy.
- Update all program assets & learning materials ensuring relevancy and accuracy as required.
- Contribute to elevating diversity and inclusion programs by curating and authoring new material.
- Review diversity data and metrics and utilize a data oriented approach to derive decisions and measure success.
- Engage with and enroll partners across the business, including senior leadership team members, to ensure understanding and enrollment within the IDEA strategy and program intent, philosophy, outcomes, enrollment & registration process, timeline, individual accountability, and measures of success.
- Work closely with the communications team to develop a communication framework, taking the lead on drafting and preparing materials.
- Foster a culture of inclusion that is geographically relevant.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in diversity, inclusion & equity work or roles
- Excellent communication, partnership, conflict resolution and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisation and project management skills: Own different projects, manage the evolution of the work, timelines and present updates to the wider team.
- Facilitation: Holding space and facilitating content to different groups and teams across the SSC and Retail. Lead the delivery of content to the teams.
- Related working experience or a good understanding of the retail industry
- Passionate about IDEA
- Able to see the big picture and work with the overarching strategy to achieve common goals
- Strong stakeholder management skillsExcellent communication skills and ability to host meetings and write reports
- Excellent team player and ability to work independently
- Responsible and dependable
- Proactive and organised
- Ability and willingness to accept and provide feedback
