**About the Role**

An exciting opportunity is currently available for a recruitment professional to join our organisation to drive best practice recruitment solutions and focus on supporting our Victorian portfolio.

**About You**

You enjoy the challenge of a competitive market and coming up with new and innovative ways to find and attract talent. You have a proven ability to build talent communities and maintain talent pipelines to meet the future workforce needs (we are growing).

Managing bulk recruitment will require a hands-on, highly organised recruiter. You will take a proactive, customer centric and collaborative approach to your work.
- Bring experience in volume recruitment
- Possess strong stakeholder management skills and effective communication
- Be resilient and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Be results-oriented and demonstrate a high level of ownership and accountability in delivering outcomes
- Be able to articulate ideas and think laterally to overcome obstacles and solve problems
- Demonstrated experience with recruitment software, ideally PageUp
