This role features a hybrid work arrangement, with four days in our Malvern East office in Victoria to promote collaboration, build strong connections, and enhance team engagement.

VetPartners Australia Pty Ltd are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Talent Acquisition professional to join our Specialty & Emergency Recruitment Team on a full-time basis. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic, supportive, and fast-paced environment, where no two days are the same.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Full Recruitment Lifecycle - Manage end-to-end recruitment for Specialists, Registrars, Residents, and Interns, optimising our ATS platform.
- Headhunting & Outreach - Utilise LinkedIn Projects, networking, and direct outreach to attract top veterinary talent.
- Stakeholder Engagement - Build strong relationships with hospital leaders and industry professionals to support hiring and retention.
- Industry Engagement - Assist with global recruitment campaigns, conferences, and events to strengthen our talent pipeline.
- Process Improvement - Help enhance recruitment systems and workflows in a growing business.
