Our national Talent Acquisition team has an opportunity for an experienced **Talent Acquisition Business Partner **to join on a permanent basis. With location flexible, you will report to the Talent Acquisition Team Lead and be responsible for supporting a broad range of roles across Advisory, Digital and Corporate.

**Some focus areas include**:

- Assess and anticipate hiring trends and actively partner with the key internal stakeholders to continuously develop recruiting strategies.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines and pools for key identified positions whilst utilising a broad range of sourcing channels and techniques.
- Leverage GHD’s marketing and branding to support talent attraction.
- Provide training as required to Hiring Managers on all aspects of the Talent Acquisition process and GPS Talent Acquisition.

**We are looking for**:

- An accomplished recruiter with experience ideally gained from working within a corporate or professional services environment.
- Credible experience in acting as a trusted advisor, partnering with a complex and diverse business group with the ability to use data to inform recruitment tactics & strategies to business leaders.
- An enthusiastic team player eager to be part of a successful national centre of expertise.
- A self-confessed brand ambassador who is eager to elevate GHD’s employment brand in the market.
