**About the role**

We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Officer who is wanting to take their career to the next level. This role will provide support to new and existing business to business clients as well as the opportunity to attend client meetings and be the main point of contact for multiple key accounts. This role is a unique opportunity where there is a set progression path to become a Operations manger.

**Responsibilities**

This role will be varied in nature, your duties will include but not be limited to;
- Offering a wide range of support to existing and new clients
- Providing technical support
- Administration support
- Working closely across other departments
- Other ad hoc duties as per directed

**Skills & Experience**
- Experience in providing great customer service
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Basic computing skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems/processes
- Able to work as an effective team member across different departments
