**Who Are We?**

The Coffee Club is an iconic Australian brand owned and operated within the Minor DKL Food Group (MDKL), which is a leading Australian retail food franchisor and the Australian subsidiary of the Thai-listed Minor International PCL. The Coffee Club Australia boasts a network that is 250+ stores strong and continues to grow after over 33 years of operation

**What is the role?**

Our team of Franchise Business Coaches (FBC) operate across the country and are responsible for driving Franchisee economics and engagement of each store within their network. This FBC role is part of The Coffee Club Network in Queensland - the birthplace of The Coffee Club

The role is responsible for supporting and growing a zone ranging from 20-25 stores. With many of our stores owned by single-site operators, no one day is the same, and your coaching skills will constantly be put to the test to meet the challenge of the day. Think you are up to it?

**Who are we looking for?**

We are seeking a passionate hospitality professional to be part of our team, with former experience in a franchised role of a similar scope essential.

The role exists within our field-based operations team and suits someone who loves to be on the road, and is particularly effective in self-managing their work week amongst competing priorities.
