**About the Role.**
The Global Head of Franchise Accounting is a highly coveted leadership position within the Domino’s Family, responsible for operating and driving the growth of the various business units globally.

You will be responsible for leading a large team, located both on and offshore, to deliver franchisee reporting that supports and improves operations and business decision making.

The Global Head of Franchise Accounting will deliver outcomes across the following areas;
- Drive client engagement to increase and retain the number of franchisee clients.
- Engage with the Leadership Teams in each region to align expectations on franchisee P&L reporting.
- Design, implement and monitor the technology solutions to ensure efficiencies and maintain controls.
- Manage the budgeting and forecasting processes for each regional profit center.
- Support and coach the local team leaders to monitor and report on their respective budgets and P&L results.
- Monitor the various compliance obligations of the franchisees, regarding local tax, employer and reporting requirements.
- Implement standard operating procedures and workflow management methodology used in each region to ensure consistent delivery of our services.

You will be able to demonstrate the following experience;
- CA/CPA Qualified.
- Tertiary degree in Accounting, Business or Commerce.
- Highly influential leadership skills.
- Experience of Professional / Client Services Accounting teams.
- Strong and effective communication skills at all levels.
- Passionate about improving systems and processes.
