**Role Purpose**:
We are searching for an experienced and talented Area Manager in WA/QLD to lead and support our Coach stores Collaboratively work with teams to achieve maximum profitability, compliance with company procedures and high performing teams.

**Your areas of responsibility will be**:

- Brand Integrity
- Building brand love
- Sales Generation & Customer Service
- Staff Training & Development
- Inventory Management
- Store Operations
- Time and attendance management

**Education and Experience Requirements**:

- Minimum 1-3 years multi stores management experience (6-8 stores), with prior experience in managing brands in Outlets and Retail stores.
- Sound knowledge of the required region, including knowledge of the international tourist business, specifically the foreign consumer.
- Ability to work with and motivate team members/peers and management at multiple levels within the Coach organisation.
- Must demonstrate the ability to effectively communicate important issues related to Market to Coach Sr. Management, and partner on solutions.
- Pro-active problem solver - ability to assess an issue and develop action steps for resolution.
- Demonstrated ability to think broadly, considering all perspectives on issues, and reaching logical conclusions that best serve Coach as a whole.
- Be a brand ambassador and role model business competencies.
