**Your Role**

As the VIC State Manager, you’ll report directly to the General Manager of Operations and be responsible for the smooth running of our operations across Victoria and Tasmania. You’ll take charge of logistics, production targets, and ensure a top-tier customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities Include**:

- Safety First: Lead with our core values of Safe, Smart, Sustainable, and Service, promoting a strong safety culture across your sites.
- Customer Experience: Deliver an outstanding customer journey, ensuring SHRED-X remains the leader in secure destruction services.
- Operational Excellence: With your two manager reports, manage branch personnel and drive efficiency to exceed daily production and logistics targets.
- Leadership: Mentor and support your team of managers and team leaders, fostering a positive, collaborative work environment.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team to shape the future of our branches and drive growth.
- Profitability & Compliance: Oversee budgets, KPIs, and compliance, ensuring we stay on track for success

**What We’re Looking For**:
We’re seeking a results-driven leader with a solid background in operational management. Your experience could come from logistics, supply chain, manufacturing, or the waste management industry.

You’ll be a master at:

- Leading teams and driving business outcomes.
- Utilising business data to make smart, evidence-based decisions.
- Leading continuous improvement initiatives and adapting to change.

**Skills & Qualifications**
- A strong safety focus and exceptional communication skills.
- Experience managing logistics or operational teams.
- Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and advanced Excel.
- A degree in Business or Operations Management (preferred but not essential).
- Ability to collaborate effectively and achieve positive business outcomes.
