**About the Company** - with a vast network that includes refrigerated warehouses and associated equipment, together with some haulage vehicles (most transport is outsourced), this organisation with extensive overseas operations, is making its presence felt in Australia.

**_About the role - _**The purpose of this role is to coordinate the organisation's transport operations compliance to all relevant regulatory requirements in the relevant State or Region and be aligned to the overarching strategy and business plans. This is achieved through fostering a flexible work team approach which focuses on efficiency, waste reduction, quality, compliance, safety, and continuous improvement.

**About you** - You might, for example, have an OHS/WHS background with exposure to the National Heavy Vehicle legislation, coming out of a well aligned industry such as transport and logistics.

You might also be a former Heavy Vehicle Truck driver with a lot of experience and passion for compliance, and perhaps previosuly trained in this space.

Have a demonstrated working knowledge and competency in heavy vehicle compliance management (Mass, NHVAS, COR, fatigue) in either an operational or regulatory (i.e. government agency) context.
