We are currently seeking an experienced **Product/Category Manager** to join this award winning and dynamic team.

This role is crucial to the business, and we are looking for someone who can bring their passion for product development to this eComm lifestyle business.

**Essential Experience**:

- Minimum of **3 years** in a similar role
- Proven track record of developing new products from **concept to launch**:

- Detail-oriented with a strong ability to manage timelines and processes
- Experience in sourcing and developing supplier relationships with **offshore manufacturers**:

- Ability to create products that enhance and align with a **brand identity**

**Preferred Experience**:

- Experience within **homewares, stationery or lifestyle categories** is a plus

**Responsibilities**:

- **New Product Development**: Work with the business Founder and in-house Graphic Design team to develop stylish new ranges across lifestyle, stationery, homewares, and accessories categories.
- **Manage the production cycle**: Supplier onboarding, product development and testing, order placement, quality control.
- **Develop product specifications** and implement efficient processes to ensure product quality, and timelines are met.
- **Demand Planning**: Work with Finance, Operations, and Marketing to optimise stock levels.
- Leverage a deep understanding of our customer base to identify trends and **market opportunities**
