
Marketing Development Manager

**About the role**
- Support the development of a strategic member plan to maximise member development, experience and retention activities
- Implement member lifecycle programs which engage our members with offers based on the members life stage
- Review current member acquisition, development, experience and retention performance and identify opportunities for enhancements
- Manage and implement the member development program of work including briefing, writing, development, launching, testing, monitoring and refining programs/activities via IMB owned channels
- Leverage and foster a “test & learn” methodology, tracking and refining programs-based on data led analytics and insights
- Manage and develop research programs to understand our members’ journey and experiences with IMB
- Develop relevant internal campaign communications and training to ensure smooth deployment of programs to drive campaign effectiveness
**About You**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications
- 7+ years of marketing communication experience, with financial services experience preferable
- Proven ability to develop and implement strategic growth plans while remaining agile to respond to a dynamic environment
- Experience in designing and operationalising strategies and customer / member experience frameworks
- Demonstrated experience in managing and developing retail retention programs
- Experience in developing and managing research programs
- Well-developed analytical skills and ability to draw meaningful insights
- Excellent oral presentation skills and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to working in a team
- Skills and knowledge of key customer communication tools / systems such as Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Marketing Automation are highly regarded
- Knowledge of the financial compliance and regulatory framework in retail marketing would be highly regarded
- Effective stakeholder engagement at all levels

Our Head Office located in Wollongong is a fresh, newly constructed state of the art building with great amenities and close to shops, cafes and the beach. You’ll need to attend the office to get to know your team and build relationships, but frequency will be dependent on where you live and how you build the operational rhythm with your team.
