**About the Role**
Due to exciting growth, our Home Care business unit is now looking for a Marketing Specialist to join them on a 12 month fixed term contract
**ABOUT THE ROLE**
- To develop annual marketing plans and budgets to achieve business KPIs
- To deliver initiatives, in line with the marketing strategy to drive brand equity, lead generation and business growth
- To manage the implementation of acquisition and retention marketing campaigns, from creative development to production and implementation across all channels
- To act as the contact point for agencies and suppliers supporting IRT’s marketing campaigns, including creative, media buying, digital and print suppliers
- To work with internal partners and external agencies
- To ensure the accurate and consistent execution of IRT Group’s brand, product and service information across all consumer touchpoints
**JOB SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Development and management of annual marketing plans and supporting budgets
- Development and implementation of acquisition marketing strategies, including integrated advertising campaigns, lead nurture strategies and production of collateral
- Contribute to the management of region based local area marketing calendars
- Contribute to marketing and branding concepts and copy development
- Develop and manage service specific content across IRT’s digital assets
- Develop effective and professional working relationships with agencies and suppliers including media and advertising agencies, graphic designers, printers and event suppliers to ensure deadlines are met and executed in line with requirements.
- Develop effective and professional working relationships with key internal stakeholders, as the dedicated marketing point of contact
- Analyse and report on campaign performance, and use data-driven insights to optimise performance
- Contribute to the development and execution of talent acquisition marketing strategies in conjunction with the Talent Acquisition team, to support employee targets for the business
**QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS**:
- Tertiary (degree) qualification(s) in a related discipline (e.g. marketing)
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in marketing or a related discipline
**WORK EXPERIENCE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS**:
- Demonstrated experience in marketing, with proven experience across creative and integrated campaign implementation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across both internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work unsupervised and part of a team with strong work ethic and proven initiative
- Problem solving skills and the ability to prioritise, multi-task and manage multiple competing priorities to achieve deadlines
- Ability to coordinate/attend events outside business hours and represent the organisation within the broader community
- Current driver’s licence
- Proficiency using computer systems including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Powerpoint and Excel operating in a Microsoft Windows environment
- Experience in using website CMS systems (Wordpress, Squarespace)
- Basic Adobe InDesign skills or familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (desirable)
- Familiarity or understanding of Salesforce and Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (desirable)
- Understanding of the seniors living and aged care industries (desirable)
