Looking for an exciting new opportunity to showcase your technical expertise and make a real difference in a dynamic organisation? Milestone IT are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Office 365 SharePoint and Teams Technician to join a leading hospital in Melbourne.

As an Office 365 SharePoint and Teams Technician, you'll be responsible for providing technical support and administration for our Office 365 environment, including SharePoint Online and Teams. You'll work closely with end-users, other IT teams, and management to ensure that our Office 365 environment is running smoothly, efficiently, and securely.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide technical support and administration for Office 365 SharePoint and Teams, including troubleshooting and resolving issues, monitoring performance, and ensuring high availability.
- Manage user access and permissions for SharePoint and Teams, ensuring security and compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and user training materials to ensure effective use of SharePoint and Teams by all users.
- Participate in Office 365 migration and deployment projects, assisting with planning, testing, and implementation.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest Office 365 features, updates, and best practices to ensure the best possible experience for our users.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in Office 365 administration, specifically SharePoint Online and Teams.
- Strong technical skills in Office 365, including SharePoint Online, Teams, and related technologies.
- Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with other IT teams, end-users, and management.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
