Project Officer, Evidence Enablers

THE ROLE
The Project Officer, Evidence Enablers, is part of a multi-disciplinary team that works to develop and implement initiatives to embed evidence in decision-making and practice to improve services and outcomes.
The Project Officer will provide program, project coordination, and governance support functions to assist with delivering strategic child and family learning system initiatives including the What Works Approach, Menu of Evidence-informed Practices and Programs (Menu) and the Outcomes, Practice and Evidence Network (OPEN). This role will provide project-based support to the Evidence Strategy Team members where required.
**In this role, you will**:
- Support the end to end project management and governance in the team.
- Contribute to the development and operational delivery of the evidence initiatives.
- Support the implementation of tools and processes to support learning system initiatives.
- Assist in project delivery, procurement and contract management activities and requirements.
ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE

- Support the delivery of priority projects to ensure they are delivered successfully within resourcing, timeline and budget parameters.
- Contribute to the development and provision of advice and recommendations relating to the evidence strategy.
- Provide team administrative support, including coordination of stakeholders, internal briefings and reports, and supporting activities with management procurements and contracts.
