Here is a career making opportunity for an experienced Events Professional to lead the C&E business of a prestigious hotel at the Gold Coast.
- Coordinating and overseeing the daily conference and banquets operations
- Reporting to the F&B manager
- Assisting in event budgets and cost control
- Supervise and support employees to ensure a consistent, high level of service for all customer contact
- Work closely and communicate effectively with all departments, particularly the kitchen and conference sales, to ensure smooth transitions from sales to operations
- Hands-on approach to daily C&E
- Proactive to all queries/concerns received from clients relating to servicing of functions
- Provide leadership and training to staff
- Communicating with staff to ensure all function rooms are set up as per the banquet event order
- Implementing cost controls to monitor stock and wage costs.

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Flexible hours
