Café Supervisor

Pounds + Ounces is a busy cafe located in Royal Hobart Hospital.

Our experienced, professional team of staff are passionate about what we do and have a strong focus on specialty coffee that we roast ourselves, fresh and healthy food that we make from scratch and large scale catering for meetings and events.

We’re looking for an experienced Cafe Supervisor who is passionate about excellent customer service, coffee and quality food.

- experience leading or working with a happy and productive team
- an eye for detail and desire to strive for excellence
- an ability to communicate efficiently and professionally
