We don't want to be the everyday medical clinic, instead bringing relatability and friendliness mixed with a level of professionalism to simplifying the process for our patients.

We're currently looking for a**superstar to join our Patient Support team Based in our Richmond office, you will be reporting directly to the Patient Support Manager and collaborating closely with our sales team to help support patients on starting their journey into plant based medicine. Additionally, you will be the primary point of contact for our patients, guiding them through their treatment journey with empathy and expertise.

(Please note: the role is an entry-level position and customer service training will be provided on the job).

- Work closely with our clinical team to address and resolve patient issues.
