We're looking for a Sales Administrator | Front Office Coordinator to join our team

It is equal parts SALES, ADMIN and CUSTOMER SERVICE.

If you're someone who is organised and likes to interact with people, this is for you

Your role in this position is to ensure the Front of House and Enquiries departments are run smoothly and efficiently and toe product a wow experience for every patient.

Sales experience is a bonus as this role will involve guiding people through their dental treatments and providing support.

**No Experience in the dental field? No Problem**

This position will include working between our Hawthorn and Richmond practices.

In this role you’ll take responsibility for assisting and supporting the dentists and giving our patients 5-star service.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual, Permanent

**Salary**: $25.00 - $38.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
- Shift work

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
