**The Company**:
Focuses on HVAC, refrigeration, mechanical services, fire protection and multi-services installations.**The Role**:
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will support the management of the Billings function of the Finance Department and ensure both internal and external Customers needs are met.**Training in responsibilities include**:

- Ensuring that sales are progressively invoiced throughout the month
- Ensuring work in progress is monitored and minimised
- Preparation of reports in a timely manner
- Maintenance of Financial Systems and assisting with the day to administration function within the Finance Department
- Entering supplier invoices for approval
- Accurate timely billings on Contracts, Casuals, Quotes, Comprehensive, Warranty and Field Quote works
- When required, assist in the management of the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions

You have a ‘can do’ attitude, high attention to detail, are self-motivated, enthusiastic and have excellent interpersonal, written and communication skills.
- Intermediate to advanced level of MS Office i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Access and knowledge of Great Plains will be highly regarded.
