We are looking for an Asset Management Officer to support the development of the City’s Asset Management Planning Framework, providing specialist advice in the implementation and continuous improvement of business processes, data management initiatives and asset management systems.

To succeed in the role you will have:

- Formal qualifications to Associate Diploma level in a relevant discipline and/or substantial relevant experience and demonstrated knowledge in operational and strategic Asset Management.
- Experience in the development of Infrastructure Asset Management Plans.
- Skills in managing time, setting priorities, planning and organising own work and that of internal staff and/or external consultants.
- Experience with Asset Management, GIS and/or Financial systems, including data management and user support.
- Well-developed interpersonal, verbal & written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a multi-disciplined and skilled team environment.
- Experience with ASPEC Data Specification and Procedures would be highly regarded.

**Salary**: $78,821 - $92,216 depending on qualifications and experience, plus superannuation.
