The City’s busy Community Safety and Ranger Service team is looking for a motivated Service Support Officer to assist during high workload periods. This is an exciting opportunity for a customer service and administration focused professional.

**Essential Criteria**
- Previous experience in customer service.
- Experience within a local government will be highly regarded.
- Strong Microsoft Officer Skills
- Time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks.
- Developed level of accuracy and attention to detail specifically with data entry.
- Ability to contribute and work in a small team.

**Salary**: $64,312 - $68,978 pro rata depending on skills and experience.
