**The Opportunity**:
Due to internal growth and expansion, we have exciting opportunities for **Account Executives **to join our **Sales Teams full-time** at our Global Riverside head office in **Milton, Brisbane**, or from our** Central Melbourne Office** on Lonsdale Street.

In this role, you will work primarily with outbound leads to win new business opportunities with leading organisations across Australia. You will strive to **discover their talent acquisition objectives and challenges **in order to **present the appropriate solutions.**

You will also act as an Account Manager for your clients, creating strong relationships that help them see lifetime value in us as their recruitment partner.

Responsibilities Include:

- Connecting with prospects with the aim of having quality conversations about their recruitment needs while meeting sales/KPI targets;
- Identify value and leverage your sales skills to secure new business;
- Manage your growing portfolio of clients;
- Work alongside our specialist teams to tailor the best solution for your clients;
- Run the cross-sell and up-sell sales process end-to-end; and
- Develop strong relationships, secure renewals, and manage your own portfolio of clients to increase their lifetime value and increase the usage of the Scout Talent platform over time.

Desirable attributes and experience of our next Account Executive
- Experience in outbound sales to senior decision-makers, with demonstrated ability to sell to enterprise clients
- Experience selling software or SaaS products
- Demonstrated ability to develop relationships and credibility with existing clients to achieve cross-sell, up-sell and retention targets
- You are driven to learn, grow and succeed
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively across multiple internal teams
- A dedication to excellence in all that you do
- Tenacious, patient and client-obsessed
