We are seeking a FIFO Camp Administrator to join our team. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the camp manager and the site staff, as well as ensuring the smooth operation of the camp facilities and services.

As a FIFO Camp Administrator, you will:

- Coordinate travel arrangements, rosters, inductions, and accommodation bookings for site personnel
- Maintain accurate records and databases
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, such as contractors, suppliers, and clients
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Assist with camp audits and inspections
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
- Assist the utilities team when required to do so

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Previous experience in a similar FIFO role is necessary
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- A current driving licence and police clearance

This is a temporary position with flexibility between swings. You will mainly work on a 2:1 roster, flying in and out from Perth.
