NSW Health is midway through a journey to move from an on premise HCM to a Cloud based solution with recruitment, performance and talent and Core HR being deployed. With over 200,000 employees across NSW this is a large, complex, challenging, and exciting program.

We are looking for an experienced Solution Specialist to join our growing Human Capital Management (HCM) team in:

- HCM Operations - focused on user engagements, user experience, continuous improvement of our ‘live’ Cloud HCM solution
- Release management - focused on quarterly releases and new features
- HCM Project - focused on the implementation of Core HR

**About the role**

As a Solution Specialist you will engage with a variety of stakeholder groups across NSW Health to design, implement and manage technology solutions in an HCM Cloud environment.

In this role you will be allocated packages of work to co-ordinate end to end, from solution design to deployment and beyond. The focus is on work which improves user experience in the HCM Cloud system. The role reports to either an HCM Operations, Release or Project lead.

- Superior **analytical skills** including the ability to analyse and interpret complex information from numerous sources and present findings in a compelling and articulate way
- Excellent **organisational skills** with demonstrated experience working in a high volume and demanding professional environment with proven capacity to prioritise, multi-task, achieve business goals, perform and always work with a customer focused approach
- **Functional Cloud HCM knowledge and experience, preferably Oracle** (i.e. configuration skills)
- Experience working in Cloud or **supporting Cloud HCM** or similar environments
- Extensive experience delivering agreed **business requirements and outcomes** through engagement, research, analysis, design, test and deploy to meet business initiatives and operational needs
- Excellent interpersonal, **consultation, facilitation**, negotiation and communications skills
