**About the Role**
As a **Facilities Specialist, **you’ll play a crucial role in overseeing the full spectrum of facilities management and business-as-usual (BAU) support. In addition, you will support Facilities and Physical Security functions to ensure the seamless operation, safety, and functionality of our office spaces.
Additionally you will:
- Support office expansions and relocations by coordinating layouts, design, approvals, and renovations;
- Liaise with senior management, stakeholders, and vendors to maintain seamless facilities operations and vendor performance;
- Serve as the primary contact for facility operations and emergency response, building strong internal and external relationships;
- Ensure compliance with building regulations and safety standards, proactively managing risk and safety protocols;
- Work closely with the head of facilities and team leads across EMEA and APAC to align facilities strategies;
- Oversee budget control, vendor invoices, and regular updates of office policies for efficient and effective operations.

You will also bring the following skills and experience:
- Tertiary education in Facilities Management, Building Services, or a related field;
- 3-5 years of facilities management experience, preferably in a multinational corporate setting;
- Strong understanding of building regulations, statutory requirements, and project management. A registered Electrical Worker License is advantageous;
- Willingness to undertake some business travel, weekend work, and after-hours calls as required to support department functions.
