**About the Role**
As a** Facilities Specialist,** you’ll play a crucial role in overseeing the full spectrum of facilities management and business-as-usual (BAU) support. In addition, you will support Facilities and Physical Security functions to ensure the seamless operation, safety, and functionality of our office spaces.
Additionally you will:
- Support office expansions and relocations by coordinating layouts, design, approvals, and renovations;
- Liaise with senior management, stakeholders, and vendors to maintain seamless facilities operations and vendor performance;
- Serve as the primary contact for facility operations and emergency response, building strong internal and external relationships;
- Ensure compliance with building regulations and safety standards, proactively managing risk and safety protocols;
- Work closely with the head of facilities and team leads across EMEA and APAC to align facilities strategies;
- Oversee budget control, vendor invoices, and regular updates of office policies for efficient and effective operations.

You will also bring the following skills and experience:
- 3+ years of hands-on facilities management experience, ideally within a multinational corporate environment;
- A strong grasp of building regulations, statutory compliance, and project management principles. Bonus points if you hold a registered Electrical Worker License
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholders;
- A proactive approach with flexibility for business travel, weekend work, and after-hours support when needed to keep our operations running smoothly.
- A tertiary qualification in Facilities Management, Building Services, or a closely related field ideal however not essential.
**Salary**:
The salary range for this role is $70, 000 - $80, 000 + superannuation.
