We're looking for a Senior Dermal Therapist to deliver advanced treatments and step into a leadership role, inspiring a passionate team while working with the industry's most advanced technology.

The Role

This is a dual position blending hands-on dermal therapy with team leadership. You'll:

  • Lead, mentor, and support a multidisciplinary team (skin, nails, lashes, brows).
  • Deliver advanced treatments: HydraFacial, Candela Nordlys IPL & Frax, Matrix RF microneedling, Dermapen, bespoke skin journeys.
  • Drive a luxury client experience with every consultation and treatment.
  • Partner with the owner on new services, campaigns, and clinic growth.
  • Oversee clinic operations (rosters, stock, KPIs, compliance) with support.
About You

You're an experienced dermal professional ready to step up and lead.

  • 5+ years' dermal/laser experience.
  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma in Dermal Therapy (or equivalent).
  • Laser Safety certification (essential).
  • Leadership/2IC or clinic management experience.
  • Confident communicator, mentor, and team player.
  • Passionate about empowering women with real, results-driven treatments.
