**The Role**:
As a Junior Garment Technician, you will work with Design & Technical teams to develop specifications and notes on garment construction and fit. With mentoring and training, you will further develop your technical expertise and provide best fit for garments in your categories.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop patterns & design samples in internal sample room.
- Work with Design to develop new concepts for shape & fit, answering the design brief and requirements.
- Provide clear fit appraisal for all new shape developments including grading & wear trials.
- Advise on best construction methods, fit, and block adaptations.

**Ideally You Will Have**:

- A tertiary degree in a fashion based course.
- 3+ years in a garment construction role.
- Pattern making and grading experience is preferred.
- Close-to-body garment experience is preferred.
