In this role you will:

- Report to the Senior HR Business Partner on Payroll matters, effectively oversees the payroll function for the Australian businesses, using the ADP system.
- Translate the EA into correct payroll practices.
- Support the two Australian Senior HR Business Partners in HR advice, support and consultancy to managers and employees in all elements of the employee life cycle including recruitment and on-boarding, employee relations, performance management, employee retention, remuneration, conflict resolution and off-boarding.
- Develop relevant material around an array of HR projects ranging from wellbeing, onboarding, recognition program, career pathways, diversity etc.
- Be accountable to manage the HR Helpdesk by managing queries and resolving problems.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of human resources data, system, policies, procedures and initiatives.
- Complete mandatory and regulatory reporting as required, including WEGA.
- Oversee and administrate all Workcover claims for the business, in conjunction with the Senior HR Business Partners.
- Support the Global Talent Manager by administering apprenticeships, scholarships, work experience students and other pipeline activities.
- Complete general HR administration, reporting and support for the Australian HR Team.
- Be responsible for all HR master data in Australia, which includes documenting protocols to maintain data and working with the Senior HR Business Partners to ensure HR data is maintained, updated and up-to-date.
- In conjunction with the Senior HR Business Partners and the CHRO, optimise HR documentation, forms, templates, processes to transition from paper-based forms to more user-friendly products.
- Optimise and administer the annual remuneration review process.
- Document and maintain HR benefits for the organisation.
- Assist in the collation of data for reporting purposes, including monthly workforce reporting.
- Responsible for the central document control system of HR.
