**About the role**
Reporting to the Financial Controller, managing payroll, overseeing rosters, and assisting departmental heads with HR and recruitment administration. Your duties will be, but not limited to the following:
**Duties**
- Accurate and timely processing of payroll into accounting system in accordance statutory requirements
- Maintain payroll & employee information
- Update & maintenance of payroll records
- Ensure leave requests, employee deductions & tax declarations are maintained
- Oversee rosters & timesheet approvals from supervisors
- Undertake recruitment & provide shortlists to managers
- Monitor induction records & training requirements
- Provide employee reporting to management
- Adhoc administration & reporting as required
**Skills & experience**
- Minimum 2 years payroll experience
- Proactive & confident communicator
- Competent with payroll software (MYOB) & Microsoft Office
- Exposure to recruitment & HR administration would be advantageous
- Food processing, or some sort of production / manufacturing environment is sought
- Strong organisational skills & mature level-headed approach
