Description:
How will you bring our values to life?

As part of the Partner and Wholesale team you will be tasked with being the pivot point of contact between sales, our partners, and internal teams - owning the interactions to make sure we are delivering the very best outcomes.

You will be responsible for navigating operational processes to assist in enabling our Partner and Wholesale team to sell and support more efficiently by coordinating administrative and operational tasks to focus on partner strategy, relationships, and outcomes. A critical component will be your ability to effectively communicate partner requirements and feedback back into the business for strategy adaptation and action.

As a Partner Success Coordinator you will be responsible for:

- Training of partners on our automated partner portal.
- Handling support and basic sales enquiries for partners around the partner portal.
- Creation of new partner accounts in the partner portal.
- Help Partner Managers resolve accounts and internal operational queries.
- Build and maintain internal and external documentation for the partner portal.
- Manage Partner queries and provide support
- Build and grow Partner Accounts
- Achieve Sales Budgets

Skills and Experiences:
To be successful in the role of a Partner Success Coordinator, you will need to demonstrate.
- Experience in an IT/Customer Service role. (Experience within a Telco company would be advantageous)
- Exceptional customer service and a strong focus on relationship building and maintenance.
- A strong work ethic and a fast learner with a high level of trust and integrity, with the ability to work autonomously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with exceptional interpersonal skills.
- A strong personal drive for continued improvement of skills and knowledge
