**THE OPPORTUNITY**

At Baby Bunting we’re passionate about our people and committed to contributing to their professional and personal growth This year, we’re embarking on an exciting journey to further develop our Learning culture, through the implementation of a Learning Management System & the addition of a dedicated Learning Partner.

The Learning Partner will be an all-rounder in partnering on learning initiatives at Baby Bunting. You will provide expert learning design advice and sound methodology in creating and managing learning content and experiences to meet the continued evolving capability needs of our team.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

**General operations**
- Engage with key stakeholders - Store Operations team members and the Support Centre team to support and deliver strategic project work.
- Contribute to the evaluation of knowledge and skills currency and in identifying continuous improvement opportunities in Talent Management, Learning, Performance and Development and Capability growth.
- Work collaboratively with learning stakeholders and use effective communication strategies to engage a variety of audiences in the consultation or notification of learning programs.
- Assist in the evaluation of learning solution performance and improvement.

**Management of LMS**
- Implementation and coordination of new LMS functionality, to meet the use case and business needs ongoing
- Upload and configure learning programs, resources and activities (face to face, online webinars and other blended modalities) within the LMS to a range of learners
- Maintain key reporting requirements with the ability to analyse and present data meaningfully.

**Learning Design**
- Scope, design and create engaging learning solutions for online and face-to-face delivery (write, build and test).
- Write or review instructional content, learning guidance & knowledge check materials.
- Create learning assets/media (video, simulations, infographics, audio etc).
- Support the development of framework, policies, processes and procedures that enable the design of high-quality learning programs.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Tertiary level qualification in education or instructional design or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in learning and development or organisational development function
- Strong stakeholder engagement experience to influence learning initiative outcomes
- Experience in project management methods and end-to-end development of learning programs.
- Experience in Articulate 360 and Adobe Creative suite.
