_**Dental Receptionist
- Practice Manager**_

North Ryde Dentistry is an established dental surgery in Macquarie park within a short walk to Macquarie Shopping centre and Macquarie Park metro train station. We provide a comprehensive range of treatment in a supportive and caring environment.

You will be taking over an established role as a Reception/ Practice manager

**Role/ Duties**:

- Managing day to day appointment books and scheduling and appointments
- General dental administration duties
- Liaising with staff and patients
- Co ordinating with other practices within the network regarding rostering and other human resources
- End of Day/ End of Month calculations
- Inventory Control and stock ordering
- liaising with numerous suppliers
- Liaising with various supporting dental laboratories

**What you need to bring to the job**:

- A friendly, outgoing and approachable personality
- Strong and proven organisational skills and the ability to work both as a team and independently
- Punctual, self motivated and goal orientated
- Track record as a team manager / practice manager
- Strong problem solving skills
- Ability to work with Dental 4 windows software ( advantageous but not essential)

**Hours**:
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $52,473.28 - $70,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week
