Wise Dental is a modern, well-established dental practice located in Macquarie Park, NSW. With four chairs and state-of-the-art technology, we provide a wide range of dental services in a professional, safe, and welcoming environment. Open daily from 10:00am to 10:00pm, we are easily accessible by public transport and offer onsite parking for convenience.

We are seeking a professional and experienced Practice Manager to join our friendly and committed team on a full-time basis. This role is integral to the success of the practice and involves coordinating and managing the daily operations, patient experience, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day practice operations and workflow
  • Lead, support and develop the dental and administrative team
  • Manage patient experience, customer service and appointment flow
  • Oversee financial processes, reporting and practice administration
  • Maintain compliance, policies and quality standards
  • Support business growth and continuous improvement initiatives

You will be a motivated and professional leader who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care and supporting a high-performing team. The ideal candidate will have:

· Proven experience in dental practice management

· Strong leadership and communication skills

· Ability to build positive team relationships

· Excellent organisational and time management skills

· Financial and administrative management experience

· Flexibility to adapt to a growing and evolving practice

· Experience with D4W software
